Properties and Applications
Peramin® SMF 10 dispersing agent is a powdered product based on sulfonated melamine that adapts well to conventional cement, binder based on calcium sulfate or calcium aluminates, pozzolans or other fillers. Provides a homogeneous and non-segregating mortar.
Peramin® SMF 10 offers the possibility of reducing the water content, thus increasing resistance, it is compatible with all additives on the market and especially with the Peramin® line, but laboratory tests are advised before any industrial use, it is recommended for powder formulations. Typically, Peramin® SMF 10 dosage ranges from 0.2 to 2.0% by weight of binder.
Application fields are: dry mortar and concrete industry. Before use, it is recommended to read the material safety data sheet.
Storage / Packaging
For optimum performance, Peramin® SMF 10 should be stored in its original packaging, in dry conditions at 5 – 40°C and not in direct contact with the ground.
When stored under these conditions, performance is guaranteed for a minimum period of 24 months. Peramin® SMF 10 is available on pallets of 30 bags of 25 kg.
