Properties and Applications
The superplasticizer Peramin® CONPAC 300 is a new generation of powder products based on polycarboxylates dedicated to flooring applications.
Peramin® CONPAC 300 is well suited to ternary and high ettringite yield binders as well as OPC rich formulations. Provides excellent fluidity to fresh mortar at low doses and improves mechanical properties. It is compatible with all additives on the market and especially with Peramin® DEFOAM 50PE, but laboratory tests are advised before any industrial use.
Fields of application are: screeds, self-levelling subfloors, all flooring compounds from the dry mortar industry, but not concrete applications in accordance with EUROCODE 2. Normally, the dosage of Peramin® CONPAC 300 varies from 0.05 to 1, 0% by weight of binder.
Before use, it is recommended to read the safety data sheet.
Storage / Packaging
For optimum performance, Peramin® CONPAC 300 should be stored in its original packaging, in dry conditions at 5 – 40°C and not in direct contact with the ground. When stored under these conditions, performance is guaranteed for a minimum period of 12 months. Do not double stack, product may harden when exposed to pressure and friction. Peramin® CONPAC 300 is available on pallets of 25 bags of 25 kg.
