Who are we?
We are Cimental Fermaflex, a company that has an extensive range of high-performance chemical additives to serve the segments of civil construction, household cleaning products, cosmetic and chemical products, among others.
We also provide a range of differentiated services through technical support and lab with high-standard equipment in a modern and bold environment, which meets all Brazilian requisites of the segment.
We have been working strongly in the national market for 30 years, always seeking new sustainable technologies and developing innovative solutions with maximum quality for excellent results.
Our industrial units count with modern spray drying facilities, which makes us the only Brazilian company to dry vinyl acetate-ethylene-based co-polymer emulsions, and other solutions.
As our differential, we have an automatized plant to produce premix, with great production capacity and a personalized service that contributes for the agility and confidentiality in client operations.
Besides that, we work with safety stocks, which contributes for the swiftness and agility in deliveries.
Our history
1993
Início das atividades, em São Paulo-SP, e em Guarulhos-SP, com a distribuição de produtos para argamassas em geral.
1998
Abertura da Cimental em Cariacica-ES e início das importações diretas.
1999
Mudança do local de operação da Fermaflex, para Itaquaquecetuba – SP.
2005
Construção do armazém em Guarapari – ES.
2009
Certificação ISO 9001 no Laboratório de Ensaio e Desenvolvimento.
2012
União das áreas de apoio, laboratórios e indústria na sede atual em Itaquaquecetuba – SP.
2013
Inauguração da planta automatizada para fabricação de Premix.
2013
Inauguração do Spray Dryer. União das áreas de apoio e armazém em Guarapari – ES.
2016
Abertura da filial de João Pessoa-PB.
2019
Inauguração do novo armazém em Itaquaquecetuba – SP.
2020
Diversificação dos negócios para os segmentos de cosméticos e domissanitários.
2022
Diversificação dos negócios para o segmento de Óleo-Gás, Agroquímicos, Resinas, Cosméticos e Domissanitários.
